Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (AI Bots, Scripts, Templates, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the instant-access nature of these files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Please review product descriptions and compatibility details carefully before purchasing.
2. Consultations & AI Services
All bookings for consultations, AI builds, or service work are final and non-refundable.
Once a time slot is scheduled, resources are allocated and that time is locked in. There are no cancellations, no rescheduling, and no refunds for missed or changed appointments.
Please be certain of your availability and needs before booking.
3. Physical Merchandise (T-Shirts, Apparel, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Return shipping may be required at your expense unless otherwise noted.
We do not accept returns for wrong size, change-of-mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please check sizing and product details before purchase.
4. Community Access (Discord, Courses, Memberships, Subscriptions)
All sales of community access — including Discord roles, premium channels, memberships, or course access — are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues or access problems, reach out to us and we’ll assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
5. Vendor & Partner Products
If you purchase a product listed by a third-party creator through this platform, refund requests must be handled directly with that vendor.
We facilitate the sale, but all inventory, fulfillment, and quality control are the vendor’s responsibility.
Still, we care about the integrity of this space — let us know if you have issues, and we’ll help mediate where possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account removal and revoked access to all future services. We are committed to fairness and will work to resolve issues respectfully and professionally.
